Verification may involve submission of government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete required verification within the timeframe specified by luck99 may be restricted or closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. luck99 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security measures. You must notify luck99 immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorised access to your account.
Your luck99 account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your account, account balance, or any rights associated with your account to any third party.
You must promptly notify luck99 of any changes to your registration details. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or continued access to the Platform.
luck99 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the time of transaction in the cashier section.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed in real time under normal operating conditions. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering on games with restricted contribution rates may not progress wagering requirements at the full rate.
luck99 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or employing low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Upon detection of bonus abuse, luck99 reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and close the relevant account.
All wagers placed on luck99 are subject to game-specific rules published within the relevant game or betting market interface. By placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. luck99 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on an incorrectly priced market, or where a technical fault has materially affected the outcome. Settled bets will not be reversed except where luck99 determines that an obvious error has occurred. Live in-play betting decisions are final once confirmed by the system. Disputes regarding settled bets must be submitted to luck99 support within 30 days of settlement.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luck99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luck99 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption; (c) any failure or delay in Platform performance caused by circumstances beyond luck99's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, payment network outages, natural disasters, or regulatory intervention; (d) the accuracy or completeness of information displayed on third-party game interfaces or live betting data feeds. luck99's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the luck99 Platform shall be referred in the first instance to luck99's customer support team for internal resolution. luck99 aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedural rules of the relevant licensing authority.
luck99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to their account or via a notification displayed upon login. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the luck99 Platform after notification of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
